Shipping Policy
Our products can be shipped worldwide. Normally the delivery charges will be calculated based on the shipping weight. This also depends on your order quantity as each product may weigh as heavy as 3-28 kg.
We will try to lower the shipping cost but maintain speedy delivery for you. If you want to take a different shipping way other than what we offered here, please contact us before you place your order.
Type of Shipping
Here is the general guidance to choose the right shipping method:
Retail Orders (less than 20 pieces or weight less than 100 KGs)
- Ship by courier (maybe one of UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT or EMS, etc).
Wholesale Orders (more than 20 pieces but less than 200 pieces)
- Ship by courier, special delivery, or by air.
Bulk Orders (more than 200 pieces)
- Ship by sea or by air. Contact us to discuss the best ways.
Shipping Duration
The duration of shipping may vary a lot by the different types of shipping methods. For orders more than 10 pieces or international shipment, this also may be delayed by the Customs Clearance process.
Domestic Shipment:
- NZ: Normally it should arrive in 7 days.
- US: Normally it should arrive in 7 days.
- Australia: Normally it should arrive in 7 days. Express delivery is available!
- Europe: Normally it should arrive in 7 days. Express delivery is available
Wholesale and bulk orders:
- By sea: it depends on your shipping ports or destinations (normally about 20-30 days).
- By air: It also depends on your destinations (normally 5-15 days).
- By courier: varies by country (normally 2-7 days).
